Accommodation Policy

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in takes place after 15:00. Arrival earlier than 15:00 may be possible free of charge, subject to availability.

Check-out time is until 11:00 a.m. Check-out may be extended free of charge until 12:30 p.m., subject to availability.

In all cases, the Management makes every effort to accommodate guests with regard to arrival and departure times.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the property, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Pets

Pets are allowed exclusively for small animals weighing up to 2 kg and only following prior communication and the express approval of the property management. The property reserves the right to refuse accommodation of a pet at its sole discretion, especially in cases where the guest has failed to inform the property in advance.

Accessibility

The property is accessible via stairs/steps and, due to its construction and layout, is not suitable for persons with disabilities or wheelchair users. Guests are required to take the above into consideration before completing their reservation.

Minimum Age Requirement

Accommodation at the property is permitted for guests over 14 years of age, provided that they are accompanied throughout their stay by at least one adult companion or legal guardian. The property reserves the right to request the presentation of a valid identification document in order to verify the age of guests.

Damage / Losses

In the event of wear, damage, or destruction caused to the premises, equipment, or items of the property through the fault of the guests, they shall bear full responsibility for restoration and shall be required to pay the corresponding amount, as determined by the management based on the extent of the damage.

Safekeeping of Personal Belongings / Limitation of Liability

The property does not undertake any obligation for the safekeeping of guests’ personal belongings, valuables, money, or other valuable items and bears no liability whatsoever for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction thereof, regardless of the cause.
